To the 26th of June 2021 – 17th July 2021.
You now have to have experienced a decline in turnover over a minimum 2 week period from 26 June 2021 to 17 July 2021 compared to the same period in 2019
All other eligibility criteria remains the same.
We understand this is a very challenging change for businesses who have only recently been impacted by the lockdown restrictions and we are yet to receive any notice from the NSW Government as to why this change was made.
We would like to highlight that JobSaver scheme will be available later in July for impacted businesses. Eligible businesses will be entitled to fortnightly payments to help maintain employee headcount and provide cashflow support to businesses. Under the JobSaver, employing businesses will receive 40% of weekly payroll, with a minimum of $1,500 per week and a maximum of $10,000 per week. Non-employing businesses are eligible for $1,000 per week.
We are still to learn more about the JobSaver scheme but will keep you updated as soon as we do.
Finally, we want to reassure clients that we’ll be on hand to talk with you about your business issues and discuss your eligibility to the support measures.
